Our challahs are made with Non bleached non bromated Flour (email us as to why this is important). We use a small amount of egg in this challah, about a 1/3 of an egg per challah. it's not too sweet. Kosher Certified by the HKA and MKT. Pas Yisroel.
We bake our Challahs Thursday and Friday. For the freshest results, We recommend freezing our Challah right after it's delivered to preserve it's freshness. Simply take out of the freezer 4 hours before eating and pop it in the oven for a few minutes. and viola, it's as if you're taking it out of our baker's hands, enjoy!
